CAMP OUT & CURRY NIGHT
Stuff a sleeping bag and tent into your rucksack and then stuff yourself with some of Clinton's famous curry at an impromtu fund-raiser. When the evening comes to an end sleep it off under the stars and stick around on Sunday to watch the cricket!

Mini Tour - Pentyrch 2008
The guys decided to go 'hotfoot' from the game at Stoke Gabriel for a night out in Cardiff prior to the Sunday game at Pentyrch.
What actually happenned in Cardiff we are not sure and anyway, it would probably be unprintable!
The general impression we got was that there was lots of alcohol, a night club with dancing girls and something about Clinton urled up on a sofa 'nekked'...
Those 'more sensible' members of the team went up on the Sunday morning and upon arrival were welcomed with a cup of tea and big smiles.
The groundsmen at Pentyrch had pulled out all the stops, spending more than three hours removing surface water from the pitch with a waterhog. Yes, as you have probably guessed, the rain had been very heavy and there was more to come!
Once the 'clubbers' had arrived, breathed in some fresh air and finally got changed into whites the game could begin.
Hoggy had once again lost the toss so Captain 'Tally' put his team in to bat.
There was nearly a wicket with the first ball when Kev Sercombe missed a chance for a caught & bowled to Pentyrch's talented Academy opener.
Despite a dreadfully damp wicket the Pentyrch boys went on to make a very respectable 174/9 after a couple of delays for rain.
A quick note here - The two youngsters with Pentyrch played superbly and showed no fear or respect to even Hoggy's bowling (ha!)
After a smashing tea the Clyst team went out to bat, represented by Ian Sutton and Bruce Wilkinson.
The guys looked like they were in great form and for three overs, runs were coming easily until the heavans opened and the game had to be abandoned.
Both teams then retired to the bar and were treated to a BBQ, chat and great company!
Not the best of weather but hey, we are looking forward to the return!
A big than you to Pentyrch for their hospitality - Bring it on!
